Amhi Girgaonkar is an NGO founded by Mr Gaurav Sagwekar on Gudi Padwa day of March 2014, through which various Social cause initiative, CSR projects and activities are carried out in Maharashtra, India.
Our registration with Charity Commissioner office and Ministry of Corporate Affairs is under the name of Girgoankar Pratisthaan.
Aims & Objectives
To generate the awareness in the education filed by establishing and collaborating with different schools, collages, institutions and libraries.
Work towards creating the healthy golden years for the senior citizens by organizing different medical camps to monitor their health.
Plan and organize different academic education sessions and job oriented vocational trainings for specific age groups to address their educational needs.
To create the platforms for senior citizens and children to interact.
To provide counselling support and work towards reconciliation with family when needed.
To empower senior citizens to avail benefits / services provided by the government like old age / widow pension, travel discounts, legal aid etc.
To work genuinely towards achieve the set goals without any discrimination.
To create/provide the forum to exchange their ideas on the social, cultural and educational conditions.
Networking and collaboration with other NGO’s who works towards similar goal.-
Empowering Schools and its Students
All children, irrespective of their religion, birth origin, caste and class, should go to school to learn, interact, play and entertain with other children.
This will help them to build a stable life of dignity and contribute towards economy’s betterment.
Awareness generation of quality education.
Work towards to provide quality education to the most deprived students.
Aim to make learning as a fun experience.
Coordinate with children’s group for community development, open libraries, conduct different activities to improve learning.
Build learning centres for children those are from socially excluded communities.
